Privacy Policy

Molt Bot is designed for self-hosted use. This policy outlines what information is collected on our website, how beta access is managed, and which data remains entirely on your own infrastructure.

1. Overview

Molt Bot operates on infrastructure you control. Exchange API keys, trading activity, and strategy data remain on your server at all times. Our public-facing website collects only limited information required for access and communication.

2. Information we collect

  • Beta access data: email address and optional Telegram username.
  • Website analytics: anonymized and aggregated traffic statistics, when enabled.
  • Support interactions: messages you send via email or messaging platforms for assistance.

3. Information we do not collect

  • We never request exchange API keys through website forms.
  • We do not store trading credentials or account access on our servers.
  • Molt Bot does not require or support withdrawal permissions by design (read + trade only).

4. Data generated in self-hosted environments

When running Molt Bot on your VPS, home server, or dedicated machine, all logs, configurations, order history, and strategy data are stored locally. You are responsible for data retention, backups, and access control.

Note

If you integrate external services such as alerts, webhooks, or messaging platforms, those providers operate under their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

  • Beta access information is retained for the duration of the beta program or until deletion is requested.
  • Support communications may be kept to improve reliability and support effectiveness.

6. Your rights and choices

  • You may request removal of your beta access information at any time.
  • You can unsubscribe from product-related updates whenever you choose.

7. Contact

For privacy-related requests or questions, please reach out through the same channel you used for signup or support.
